The blog suggests that keeping a diary or journal of sexual activity is good way to see how many calories you can burn.

I think this a fun way to boost up your libido. Sex is an exercise and most people don't realize how much lovemaking can trim your figure.

However, I think besides having sex people should regularly exercise. Exercising on a regular basis can also improve your sex life.

A researcher found that vigorous physical exercise appears to “prime” a woman’s body for sexual arousal, according to an article in the Quest for Advanced Condition Web site.
